Ryse: Son of Rome – no microtransactions on PC

As you might know, Crytek’s Ryse: Son of Rome has microtransactions available on the Xbox One version of the game. However, Crytek has stated in a blog post here that they will focus on “embracing the power of the PC” and will ditch the microtransactions, adding instead 4K resolution, more customization and support for Steam Achievements, Trading Cards, Leaderboards and game saves over the Steam Cloud.

Is removing the microtransactions from Ryse a good change? I belive it is. You can read more about our view on microtransactions here

Hello there. I've been a gamer for as long as i can remember and I'll keep on playing. I am studying at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology from UPB, but in the meanwhile I will keep playing video games, especially RPGs. My other passions are computer hardware and playing guitar.
